DTD (Dibbie The Developer): Projects Coming Soon Preview!

Its here! The new stuff im working on, the last project is a community-design project, meaning once I get a few bugs worked out, it'll be a long term project designed with the players help, if they so choose, or sit back and watch as it evolves and develops. If you like it, then it may just become an actual game. Its designed to be a FPS.

Work Week: Project Time!!!

Well, its Work Week. Something we do every now and then either for fun, or when where so very close to finishing some projects, we just need that extra push... A full week of all nighters, little sleep, and lots and LOTS of Monster Energy drinks. Told you about some new games coming out, and they are. Ill try my best to upload a short video of some of the new projects being worked on, and by the end of the week, Simple Minded will have some new projects to showcase by Dibbie and his friends.

Remember, Simple Minded is expanding, just check out the "About" page (scroll to the bottom, and fill out the form completely), and you can become a collaborator of Simple Minded.

See yall next week!

Dibbie's got an idea for developers! Check it out

Dibbie has just posted a new idea sent to Microsoft/Windows that will help developers. Check it out here.

The basic run-down of the idea is:
Windows creates a new system for users to check a developers online "trust" state using a "developer rating", one with a high developer rating is trustworthy, and one with a low developer rating is at your own risk to decide to download their application or not. This keeps it in your complete control to use and download an application instead of Windows instantly blocking an application automatically.

Go ahead, leave a comment, and give Dibbie's idea a rating, let him know if you think its a good idea or not.

PS: Simple Minded is not associated with this idea in any way, we only provide updates on Dibbie's behalf and any other collaborators behalf when requested. All information and sources is provided by the collaborator.

Imagine: Its here!

The Imagine Game Design Community Project is now here!
The first featured game is Minigun Fun, a little minigame created in the spark of an idea. See how many kills you can rack up.

Imagine is still in beta, so please report any problems you notice with the setup, submission, comments, or game itself.

You are welcome to send in simple game ideas to be created for Imagine, and if it is interesting enough, it will be done. Email: info@simpleminded.x10host.com to do so.

Until then, we will see what the next game for Imagine will be. SPREAD THE WORD! O.o
